“When I was young for me the kitchen was a nightmare. I never dreamed of becoming a chef. The first time I made the batter I smeared the stove, the sink and even my hair.

Even today I do not like fry and do not have the deep fryer. Over the years I have arranged and now I cook in a simple and fresh way, without many sauces and "greasy". They are imaginative and I love experiencing new things. Some recipes are unique."

We are farmers happy to respect the tradition and the specialties of our land.

Always ready to lead our guests to discover the recipes of local cuisine in a cozy family-type organizational dimension, we are proud to prepare dishes that have roots in agriculture and rural tradition of Tuscany.

Our guests can expect the best of the table: from organic spelled, proposed by Maura in many different ways to sausages "casentinesi" of Marcello, as finocchiona, sausage, sambudello, the Capaccia, ham and salami.

The menus change with the seasons and the availability of fresh produce, marrying always original ideas of our cooks.
